What is IM+ Talk?
I can hear my interlocutor but he/she cannot hear me during the VoIP call.

What is IM+ Talk?

IM+® for Skype is a fully mobile application for text communication with other Skype users and cost-effective calling to landlines and mobiles. IM+ Talk supports Skype calls via data connection (including free Skype-to-Skype calls).

I can hear my interlocutor but he/she cannot hear me during the VoIP call.

IM+ Talk works in Half-Duplex mode so you would need to use the convenient key of your Blackberry to switch between "talk" and "listen" modes (like a walkie-talkie).

By default the settings are to switch to "talk" mode when left convenient key is pressed and to switch back to "listen" mode when it is released. You may change these settings at "Settings" - "VoIP" within the application.

This is the known issue with IM+ Talk. Sorry for that. Our developers are working hard to fix this issue.
Please try disabling "Secure connection (SSL)" option in "Account Settings" - "Account setup" in IM+ Talk or enable it if it is disabled already.
This may help to workaround the issue.

I cannot see the text when I type.

Please point your device to wap.shapeservices.com and re-install IM+ Talk.
Is the issue persists, please submit the support request from "Help" - "Support&About" in IM+ Talk in order to send the logs for investigation.

I've lost my license code for IM+ Talk. What can I do?

Please fill out our License Reminder form. Enter the email address, which you used when purchasing the product. In a few minutes the license code will be delivered to the email address you have specified.
If you have purchased IM+ Talk through Blackberry AppWorld, please see corresponding FAQ section.
If you still cannot locate your license code, probably you've purchased IM+ Talk with another email address. Please send us the support request from IM+ Talk on your Balckberry selecting "Help" - "Support&About" from the menu and specify online shop where you have purchased IM+for Skype, your order number and approximate date of purchase.

I have purchased IM+ Talk from Blackberry AppWorld and cannot find a license code.

You may find your license code opening "Blackberry AppWorld" on your Blackberry and logging into "My World". Here the list of applications you have purchased is presented. Simply clicking on an application will open up to the application details. On this screen you may find your license code.
If you cannot find a license there, please in IM+ Talk on your Blackberry select "Help" - "Support&About" form the menu and provide the following information:
1. Date of purchase
2. Your Blackberry model
3. Your Blackberry OS version as of purchase date
4. Your wireless carrier
5. Your Blackberry's IMEI
The IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) number can be displayed on most phones by pressing *#06#. Usually, the IMEI number is also printed on the compliance plate under the battery.
